Isle of Man Government
Odvantage are proud to have partnered with the Isle of Man Government, supporting the establishment and delivery of their Major Projects Board. Building a secure, vibrant and sustainable future for this Crown Dependency is the vision set out in ‘Our Island Plan’, and we work on this advisory body to provide strategic oversight on the significant capital projects which are critical for the island’s economy, connectivity, and quality of life.
National Highways
Odvantage has a strong and positive relationship with National Highways, providing trusted and impartial advice across a broad portfolio of programmes and projects. Our relationship has been forged on honesty and integrity, respectfully challenging the status quo, and constantly striving to deliver the safe, serviceable, and resilient infrastructure that the UK economy can rely on.
Transport for London
Odvantage were happy to support Transport for London (TfL) and the valuable work that their Independent Investment Programme Advisory Group (IIPAG) played in providing scrutiny and advice on TfL’s capital investment programme during 2021 and 2022.
Balfour Beatty
Balfour Beatty have been a key advocate for Odvantage, valuing our positive disruption of conventional project delivery. We worked together closely in the development and delivery of the Smart Motorway Programme since 2015, and continue to challenge ourselves and industry to deliver better infrastructure projects across the UK.

We have a long and successful relationship with Costain, who trust our independence and expertise to derive better outcomes for customers. Odvantage have worked with Costain since Highways England’s first Road Investment Strategy (2015-2020), developing and delivering various Major Projects, and a diverse array of technical advisory support across UK infrastructure.

Arcadis were our partner in the delivery of the Delivering Efficient Projects Programme for National Highways, blending project and commercial management expertise with our technical design maturity assessment and digital toolkits to improve capital efficiencies. Odvantage have worked alongside Arcadis since 2015, and continue to partner to optimise designs and enhance outcomes.

AtkinsRéalis has been a key partner in the development and delivery of the Smart Motorway Programme for National Highways, providing a wide range of expertise from initial design to technology implementation. Odvantage have worked with AtkinsRéalis since 2015, continuing to work together in driving better infrastructure projects across the strategic road network in the UK.
Corderoy
Corderoy is a key supplier to National Highways, primarily involved in providing commercial and cost management expertise for road infrastructure projects and programmes. Odvantage have worked alongside Corderoy since 2015, providing direct support since 2022.

Jacobs has been another key partner in the development and delivery of the Smart Motorway Programme for National Highways, providing a wide range of expertise from operational concepts and project implementation to technical consultancy. Meridian Water
Odvantage are proud supporters of Enfield Council, as Master Developer, for this £6 billion, 20-year regeneration programme. With a 30 year association with the Upper Edmonton area, we are collaborating on this ambitious transformation of a 210-acre brownfield site into a vibrant new community next to the Lee Valley Regional Park.
